Get my FL5 serviced here. 3 services in 2 years (high mileage) and they have always been done whilst I wait. Free WiFi and coffee. Very courteous staff. 10/10.

Much amusement when receptionist really wanted to book car in for MOT. Took her a few minutes to agree that 45k/3rd service can be reached well before 3 years old.

Company car so can’t comment on sales experience.
