Just a thought - I’ve got a 16inch space saver from the MG5. I think Caliban has 17inch? I think this wheel might fit OK as a get you home - perhaps someone can confirm / deny ??
It’s complete with jack etc etc.
You’re welcome to borrow it for peace of mind on an attack at the pass if you want ?

I’ve a couple of guys starting the garage roof tomorrow hopefully. So I’ve just taken my 83 yo next door neighbour to Crieff for a plate of soup. He gave up driving a couple of months ago so I promised to give him a shout about a trip.

The trip to Creiff and back was 88 miles in total and has cost £1.73 too refill to 85%.
All I need do is plug in and OVO snip out bits of grid power here and there to ensure my car’s topped up to where I want it by whatever time I require it. Impressive. Hope it continues thus.

Meanwhile back in the garden, the sun has been brightly shining on the “Bloody Ploughman “ apple tree to open up the buds beautifuly. Any sun rays that bypass the buds are being trapped on the camping panels and have filled the power bank from 12% at 09:30 to 65% just now at15:30.
That’ll be plenty to cook the venison sausages tonight, the porridge in the morning and all the teas / coffees I require

Caliban is 17", yes. I was actually thinking of having another go tomorrow. I can sling a spare tyre in the boot, though I don't know how much use that would be.

We had a hot chocolate in Spain you could stand the spoon in. We loved it but have been unable to find it anywhere else.
So standing the spoon in soup, is something I'd like to try.
