Oh ya beugy2026 MG4 Extended Range (77kWh).
In our Long Range, I got 282 miles from a 100% charge on Saturday evening and 4.2 miles per kWh, which like you Clive, I was happy withAfter a month of ownership, I thought it was time for a full charge, I've been getting about 4.5-4.6 miles per kWh so far, and today's full charge shows the range to be 352 miles, so I'm well happy with that.

I'm hoping I never have to use CCS mate, but the blurb says 40 minutes from 10% to 80%Hello
Do you have the occasion to use CCS to know how long it takes to charge from 10 to 80% please ?
It depends!!!Hello
Do you have the occasion to use CCS to know how long it takes to charge from 10 to 80% please ?
Yep. In the commercials, they said 38 min like 2023 77 kWh but I was hoping it could be less with battery improvement (MG said Gen3 battery pack)...I'm hoping I never have to use CCS mate, but the blurb says 40 minutes from 10% to 80%
Good to know, 60% in 15 min mean 45 kWh, it could provide at least 150 miles in A roads. It depends!!!
Obviously you need to be using a "proper" DC fast charger, like a Tesla or Kempower 150kW+ unit.
If one of the first two fast Charging sessions of the day, yes, 10-80 is going to take around 35-40 minutes.
Personally I just try and charge to what I need get to the next charger with 10% or so predicted remaining. 66% soc being my preferred value.
20 to 60 is a 15 minute stop.
I regularly drive 3,000+ km round trips. I select my charging frequency to when I want to stop rather than "as far as you can get".
@MG Clive, what driving mode do you use? After a month of ownership, I thought it was time for a full charge, I've been getting about 4.5-4.6 miles per kWh so far, and today's full charge shows the range to be 352 miles, so I'm well happy with that.

I just leave it in Normal all the time, most of my journeys are under 10 miles, and it's only on roads where 50mph is barely achievable, so that will account for my better than average miles per kWh figure.@MG Clive, what driving mode do you use?
That explains the difference.I just leave it in Normal all the time, most of my journeys are under 10 miles, and it's only on roads where 50mph is barely achievable, so that will account for my better than average miles per kWh figure.
I am describing the experience with my 2023 77 kWh versionYep. In the commercials, they said 38 min like 2023 77 kWh but I was hoping it could be less with battery improvement (MG said Gen3 battery pack)...
