FL glove box removal

Has anyone got a video of how to remove the glove box? I'd like to take a look at the pollen filter but I can't work out where and in what direction to pull the glove box to get it out. The manual is of no real help, mentioning that 2 stoppers have to be pressed without mentioning where they are or what they look like.

You won’t see much on a video, but pic attached (left side of glove box) might give you an idea:

The stoppers (circled red) are on each side preventing the glovebox to swivel out completely. Trick is to reach in and bend the glove box side inwards (some force required) and pull the box out at the same time, alternate between the two sides until it comes free…
