Flywheel noise

I hear a distinct noise of something significant rotating at low speeds. It disappears when car hits 10 mph. I’m certain this isn’t pedestrian warning system as it has a distinctive whistle is similar to Leaf.

Has anyone that observed this?

I do fear this still is our pedestrian warning system produced by a sound machine. It only activates when the ICE is inactive at low speeds.

He explains what it is and WHERE the connector is,..

try plugging it out and driving without , if u still hear the noise,...

btw,.. plug it back in to save lives in the future.

hmm I also hear a Leaf like whistle after the first set hence I thought it was a flywheel.
