Had my third service today with Evan’s Halshaw Grantham, they were pretty good and the service was about 100 quid including a brand new mg4 loaner. ( nice car not as comfy as the 5)

The only fly in the ointment was the total denial of the Tesla update. (Even mg customer services denied it existed)
I sent them the bulletin from the forum and lo and behold it was done.

Thank goodness because I am loving the ability to use the Tesla chargers and the cheaper price now that I’ve got my membership sorted. This evening at the supercharger in Fort William I was 49p per unit for 30 minutes to pump the battery back up to 200 miles worth of miraculous oomph. I barely had time to eat my two medium bananas from Morrisons next door. ?

That’s good news.

My dealer didn’t know of it until they plugged the car in and it showed as a required update.
In their defence this when it first came out.

Yeah technician couldn’t find any updates until I sent them the info from the forums.
Even then they said the so52 was for the MGZSEV and not the 5 sigh

Hopefully going to test it at the weekend
