Front grille replacement

The for grill on the ZS IS plastic crab. Pigeon flew into it and left a big hole. Must be others have had this experience. Doesn’t look difficult to replace. Any experience from anyone else please?

There are many more problems encountered with the charging flap. Grille problems seem to be limited.
Assuming you aren't going through insurance, the first thing to do is get the part ordered as you will probably have a multi-month wait anyway.
