So a couple of weeks ago my zs ev long range trophy was knocking on the the front passenger side. I upgraded the shock absorbers to bilstein and changed the springs and top mounts. I also changed the anti roll bar links for good measure. Drove it and noise gone. This week the noise has come back again. It only happens when turning at slow speed, it's like a knock and creaky noise. All the suspension was torqued up correctly and I had the wheel alignment done. The only thing I haven't checked is the ball joint. Has anyone else experienced this with theirs? (I've probably answered my own question with mentioning the ball joint) 😂).

I checked the ball joints today could not find any play. I also checked the CV joints and shafts and seem ok. The drivers side shaft has a bit of in out movement between the two joints but I dont think this is play due to wear. The shaft cant be wiggled etc.
I also re checked the shocks even though they are new and they are ok.
I've ordered new control arms as I may as well replace them, as the shocks have been changed already etc. Possibly the current ball joint on the passenger side may be binding due to internal wear rather than having play.
