Hi, first time user, my wife just collected her Hybrid+ today.
I'm going to install a dashcam.
Can someone please tell me which if the various (4?) fuse type sizes the ZS Hybrid+ (UK version) uses in the passenger compartment.
Thank you.

Did you know there's a USB A socket near the interior mirror?

I do but I have no interest in dangling cables. I have always hard wired my dashcams and I intend to do so here.
EDIT sorry I misread what you wrote and thought you meant down in the centre console.
A USB connector by the mirror?? That's a new one on me. I'll have a look, thank you.

Hi Mark,

I always hardwired my dash cams into the fuse box like you. When I got my ZS H+ in February, I purchased the cables linked below and used the USB port on the mirror as a trial. Seven months later, I haven't changed it. Because the cables are so short, it looks extremely neat and tidy. I can send a picture tomorrow.

Not sure if this helps, don't have one but a quick Google search and I was presented with the owners manual for ZS hybrid plus:

See above, I misread the message and didn't realise you said by the mirror. Yes, I'll look into that, it'll also save me £20 on a hard wire cabling kit!

Is the USB on the mirror always on? I usually buy dashcams with parking protection.

Thank you.

Hi again Mark,

The USB is only live with the ignition. See photos attached as promised (it's a bit wet this evening to take one from the outside! ☔). I recommend those short USB cables for use with a Nextbase dash cam - excellent.

If you decide to hardwire into the fuse box, I would recommend piggybacking off fuse 46, which is the fuse the USB port in the mirror assembly uses.

Thank you, that is very helpful.
Yes, I tested the USB port and as I wanted parking protection it isn't suitable, which is a shame as the solution above is ideal in every other way.
Nextbase do a wiring kit that plugs into the OBD port so I've ordered that which makes the task a little easier and finding the correct size fuse tap and fuse to use in the fuse box. It is permanently live apparently.
Thanks again.
