Whenever I see a picture of the Geely ex5 I think its an Mg S5. Reminds me of the likeness of the Ford cortina mk II and Roots Hillman hunter.

I know what you mean they are very similar

I am the same with the BYD range. I suppose all cars are beginning to look alike as they fine tune the aerodynamics for best range/performance.

As the ex owner of both a Mk2 Cortina and a Hillman Hunter I'd describe them as very different!
