Grid power outages

I plugged in the car to a basic 11 kw EVSE yesterday afternoon for an overnight scheduled charge, weather , tipping it down, but the car was undercover. Three hours later due to the storm the electricity was lost for around 30 minuets ( rural France, overhead supplies ). On reconnection we had to reset some WiFi connections to a few appliances.
This morning went out to the car and it had charged as normal so unaffected by the outage, has anyone had problems with similar situations with the more connected , complicated EVSEs where outages have disconnected the system and require some sort of manual intervention to reset, and leaving them with no or only a partial charge.

I had a regular problem with tripping the circuit breaker on overload, reset the breaker and the car resumed charging, learnt I can't have the air con on boost mode in the motorhome and the car on 10 amps, but the circuit breaker handles it if the adapter gadget is dialled back to 8 amps ..... and I don't try to get the air con to pull the inside temp down from 40+ to 22C in a hurry ......
Very impressed with just how smart the MG4 is .... not quite so impressed on how stupid it makes me look at every opportunity ..... Like, just leave the lights on auto, it's smart enough to turn them off when the charger starts

We just had two days of power outages. I used a generator to keep freezer, fridge, wifi etc going, and used it to charge the car on a three pin plug at the same time. Occasionally it would run out of gas, or we would trip it by using the toaster or something. Each time we would simply restart the generator, and then the car would start charging again by itself. No fuss !
