Have only Apple car play, but I need Android auto

I bought 2019 used car, nor the EV version though. I want to connect my android mobile phone but I only see apple car play available on the system. I thought to maybe do factory reset but not sure what will it do. How can fix that?

I belive the non facelifted version had car play but not android auto

Nope, UK version Gen 1 has both.
Maybe it's different in Israel ?
