Header Unit Part Numbers

Hi all,

The header unit on our MGZS 2020 EV Trophy has been replaced. However, the reversing camera is not working.

Are there two different part numbers for an Excite and Trophy header unit? Does anyone know what they are?

I'm trying to establish if the failure of the rear camera to work in the replacement until is due to an incorrect part of whether the unit is faulty.

Are you able to check the connections at the back of the unit, my best guess would be the installer forgot to plug the camera cable in.

Thanks Clive, that's my suspicion. I've tried to find a video online about how to remove the unit so I can check but can't find one? Any pointers as to how to do it to check? Thanks.

Why bother, why not go back to the garage that installed wrong unit and get them to install the correct one? Just ask them to make it work.
