Headlamp Adjustment (LHD/RHD)

Does anyone know if there is any adjustment for the ZS gen 2 headlamps between LHD and RHD pattern?

I can't find anything related to this in the manual (either an adjustment method or where/how to install deflectors) as I'd prefer not to dazzle everyone in the UK when we travel over next month.
