Headlight adjustment for driving abroad?

Hi. Could anyone who’s driven abroad tell me if there is any headlight adjustment required. There appears to be nothing in the manual.
Planning on taking the car on a European adventure next year.

That is my question, yes. UK car being driven in France and Europe.
