Heater not working

I have a zs ev and it's 7 months old turned on the heater for first time yesterday it doesn't matter how high I set the thermostat it only blows tepid air not hot or very hot, I wonder if anyone else have had this problem.

If you have it in ECO mode, it’s restricts the heat available in the cabin.
Put the car in normal mode and try that ?.

Are you in Eco mode? What model? Mk1 in particular had faulty resistor in the heater switch. Many had it sorted under warranty.

Select normal or sports mode and you will nice a toasty in the cabin ?.
The cabin heater is a hungry beast regards range, so in Eco mode it is designed to reduce heat to the cabin to preserve range.
