Heating cab

picked up my ZS on Saturday. I've been experimenting with all the settings, etc., while sitting in the car. It got a bit cold, so I tried to warm up the cab, but all I got was cool air.
Had the start button on and put the temperature up to max, but nothing but cool air, even left it for about 15 minutes to see if it warmed up, but no luck.
any ideas? Was on 'normal' mode.

Yes, all seemed ok.

2023, and is up to date, just serviced and had an MOT, even though it isn't 3 years old yet.

No, it was the first thing I checked.
I'd seen some videos on YouTube that mentioned that it wouldn't work in eco mode.
I'll try it again in the morning, I believe that I can preheat the car before getting in it, we'll see if it works.
