Help! Charging point overheating message

Went to charge using granny charger, although charging started I noticed this message, on App, no messages on car. 'Charging port overheating' . Stopped Granny charger and plugged in 7kw home charger, charge started message still there uninstalled and reinstalled app. Message remains. Cleared cache, still there. Long home press no luck.
Any ideas?

If you are on the Android App that has just been updated then it is a bug. Fully covered elsewhere on the forum.
