HELP URGENT - can't unplug wallbox from car

They are Devolo network extenders through the mains. It was like it was pulsing through the mains which caused the initial problem of off and on which meant the lead kept locking to the car.
Just hope it helps anyone else that comes across this problem.
Again thanks to everyone for their help.

FWIW mine are TP-Link mains network extenders and they don't interfere with my (dumb) Podpoint wall charger if that's any help to anyone else.
BTW the PodPoint is connected to my WiFi for updates etc.
