Have you accessed the settings in the camera / 360 menu. Or touched the scree picture - in the MG4 Trophy that changes the image.

i havent got a 360 menu my car is a mg zs excite 1.5

We may not be the best place for advice as we all run electric MG's which have a different system, but it looks like you have touched the rear section of the graphic on the left hand side, try touching the area in front of the car? failing that the car itself, I think it is trying to start the rear camera as those are the reversing lines, which may move if you move the steering wheel.

On the top right of the screen should be a cog wheel symbol. Click that and you should be able to change it. Can't remember the title but the car pic is 3d (so don't want that one)
