Home charger -3KVA rather than 7 . Any idea why?

Home charger is charging at 3 KVA rather than the 7 that we paid for . Podpoint say it is set to 7kVA and it must be a setting on the car that is restricting it to 3.
I can't see any mention of this being an option in the guide book.
I usually recharge when at about 75%

Thank you for any advice .We've had the car 4months so still getting used to it all

If you have load management and the CT clamp fails its default is 1/2 power.

Is it a tethered cable if not make sure it is 32amp not 16amp cable.

I've never used a rapid charger . Only used the Tesco 21or 7
