Just wondering if anyone has similar issues. Seems my MG4 doesn't like being left to get hot and will begin alerting non stop about all various things like EPS, Speed warnings and collision assist etc...

After some time of driving (maybe cooled down) or a hard stop it seems to stop and things go back to normal.

Thing is EPS reduction does make the steering heavy. Car has already been in to the dealer who didn't find anything and applied some updates (unsure what updates).

I've also had this directly after a service as the car was left in the sun at the garage. Again car had to be returned for the garage to update something.

Not this week, but during the previous 'heat wave' I got into the car just to move it, and I had warning lights of all colours flashing at me, and oh boy, the seats were bloody hot.

Powering down and restarting cured everything (apart from the hot seats).

Nope can't say I've experienced this. And we've had some bloody hot days this year, where it's been parked for hours, in the sun. 🤔

I can’t say I’ve ever had this problem during our hot Aussie summers, with outside temps reaching 40°C. But I do always cool down the interior remotely before getting in on those days.

Wasn’t there a thread a while ago about someone having issues on cold days that would go away when heating the cabin? I think they ended up suspecting condensation in the front sensor housing near the rear view mirror, but it can’t recall if that even got confirmed.

Edit; found these two threads:

No such problems/warnings here in Cyprus where we get very hot summers. It's been above 30C here since early June, 40C+ some days.
