As I've commented elsewhere .. No. So the reported figure is simply that - a number, that seemingly has no basis in reality.

Saw a Danish test on the matter and a 5 year old Hyundai Ionic with 150 000 km (100000 miles). The owner pulled a trailer with it every day, and had charged it to 100% every day, sometimes with fast chargers. Still had 95% of max capacity.
