How long from dock?

It has been over 3 weeks since 'my' IM5 was reported in the country by dealer - who said it would be delivered 12th Dec.
Still not arrived. Is this normal?

I'm feeling disappointed and frustrated by the delays and lack of news; it's taken all the fun and anticipation from getting this. I've not bought a new car for decades; and never one this expensive, is this a normal experience now-a-days?

You are entirely at the mercy of transport and staff availability to PDI, also the time of year as people may have time off.
MG's issues are the same as everyone else's, they just seem to lack a bit of communication.
