How to rebind car

The app wouldn't login or connect to my MG ZS long range. I managed to redo the password and login but it still wouldn't connect to the car.

So, I tried to rebind it to the car. I opened the binding on the car display and it had a QR code.

I scanned this in the app. Then it said the car is already bound.

Now, I'm getting a text every day on my phone saying, "Vehicle Owner Transfer Started" and no way to progress and the app is stuck on "Unbounded" and just goes to the scan QR code again if I click on "Bind".

Anyone have any idea how to sort this out?

You'll probably have to wait 72 hours to let the unbinding complete

I got a message in the iSmart app telling me when the previous binding had been removed, think it took at least 48 hours after starting the unbind
