How to unlock Video in Motion?

Please help me, I need enable video in motion from the engineering menu but I can't change anything in there. I think needed unlock Engineering Menu after that change settings in the Engineering Menu.

Enable video in motion settings in the engineering menu. Video is stopped during drive when it's disabled in the engineering menu.

That's how it's supposed to be, so the driver isn't distracted while driving. It's a basic safety measure. Forgive me if I'm missing something here.

yes it's true but from the engineering menu you can also installed camera then enable 360 camera feature.
