HS PHEV Charging

Hi All
First time on forum has just had our plug in HS for two weeks now. We love it and so do a lot of people who have seen it as well
Only thing I can’t seem to fathom if anyone has any ideas is when I try to charge from our wall charger (ev project) can’t get it to start charging straight away. Sometimes can take 20 mins for it to start.
Is this the app at fault or can you not use the app to commence charging instead?
When I use other chargers it seems to be ok
Any feedback wud be useful.

Hi Again
Just been to try to charge and have come to the conclusion that the app isn’t connecting quickly enough to start charge from it.
So went into car and selected energy management from display and it shows it was charging without being initiated by the app. When I then accessed the app in the car it showed it being charged.
So the app is the issue in it connecting to the vehicle.
Hope this might help others in the future.
Will keep updating on this if I have more to add
