On first reading, this article appears very interesting. It would be a great way of placing Rapid Chargers on main roads where there is a gap between existing charging points.

But as a non-techie, the comments at the end questioning the science, bother me.

This is an excellent idea for mobile chargers.
Here they have used diesel fueled rapids earlier, so this would be mutch better
