My driver distraction monitor doesn't appear to be working. Been driving it for over a week now and haven't heard a peep out of it. Only audible sounds I get are the speeding warnings and lane changing bongs.

I shan't be rushing to contact the dealer.

Exactly the same, since delivery Nov 25. I was concerned that it might appear after the update to R61, but it hasn’t.

My Phev was also a November 2025 delivery and my driver distraction does work, it even suggests that I stop and have a cup of coffee when I have started yawning .
I was dreading the amount of interference I was going to get from this particular ‘safety feature’, but I must admit I have been pleasantly surprised at the lack of intrusion.
My software version is R55 and the only issue I have detected so far is no EQ adjustment when using the DAB radio.

I was told by the guy who sold me the car was that if it did get on my nerves all i needed to do is cover the camera with some matching coloured insulting tape.
I'm relieved to say though the only strange thing it has done is trigger off a warning when i was checking my side mirrors while changing lanes on a motorway, and looking down to check my speed.
I wonder if it will double warn me if it sees me reading the previous message it had just put on the screen......

I don't find it too bad. Only seems to go off if I'm looking around at the scenery or down at the radio screen choosing music.
