Any one know how to put a second phone onto an ismart account? I did what looked logical and Mrs's phone got a message but then ismart on her phone said it had to bind to the car, only one account can bind.
Any ideas?

Yeah just put the same on both phones.

Very annoying that you have to log in every time the other user has been logged in, but that's how it works.

Would be really nice if they supported multiple devices with the same account logged in at the same time or if it was possible to bind a car to more than one profile.

I would think having one person at a time logged in is more secure.

Yes but then atleast make the password prompt able to remember the password so that i only need to press "login"

This way it is not possible for the other car owner to "monitor" where their partner is, without the partner knowing, if this is a problem.

I just know my wife thought it was silly that she was not able to remote control the climate control, when she used the car this summer, because she would be forever logged out.

@N2STY
Is that on android?
My iPhone lets me log in on many apps with just my fingerprint, or saves the password. For some reason, the iSmart app doesn’t offer this function on iOS. Unless I am doing something wrong??
Maybe it will, once I have my car and bound it to the app!

You can actually control the MG ZS EV from a second phone without binding the car. Steps to follow: on the master app (the one bind to the car) go to profile and go to digital key. Share digital key with a second user (let's call it partner app). Login the partner app with the same details as those used to share digital key and without actually binding the car go to profile and digital key. It will show there. The partner app will have limited usability like lock/unlock and keyless start(makes sense as you don't want to control more while the main driver is driving). Hope it helps. I'll attach screenshots from my app which is set up as a partner app

Not it is not. Only one divide can be active at a time. If you activate on a second device it disconnects the first

That wasn't the question the question was how to add 2nd phone you can use as many phones as you like but only one account and it works really well the only down side is logging back on if someone uses it on there phone but some phones have auto login like the wife and I

I think the OP was hoping / asking if two could be active at same time. My answer is correct for that.

Our interpretation of the OP differ - but at least the OP is clear now
