I smart connection problems MGs5

Hi all just got the s5 and the I smart connection us very hit and miss. Can you tell me how I reboot the car, I have read hold power button down but it doesn't have one. Any help much appreciated.

On the ZS EV you hold down the home button on the infotainment system when powered up

It's probably more to do with MG's servers and the cars connection to the mobile network than you.

As has been said probably a server/ network issue
