IM5 Test drives at Everything Electric?

Just seen this post on Facebook.

Implies that the IM5 will be available for test drive at EE Farnborough.

In my experience with this, if they don't allow booking of test drives in advance then what you should do is go straight to the MG centre on arrival and book a slot. They might even let you drive it straight away if you get there first.

Yes. I'd be amazed if they weren't there with the 5 and the 6.

Test drives are in the outside area near where you queue up to get in the main building.

Best strategy I saw were people going straight to the test drive area even before the main inside doors were open and then you will beat the crowds.

Within an hour typically they are all booked or have long queues so you'll be waiting a lot if you don't do it first.

Bear in mind it is a very short low speed circuit, so it is really just 3 minutes to get a bit of a "feel" for the car.

Just seen an advert that the IM6 will be there as well.

That is why people are having their cars delayed - they are all going to events for test drives!

After which they won't be new any more and they will have to get sold off cheaper. Good times.
