So my infotainment seems to have bitten the dust. Comes up with the MG symbol, freezes, then goes to a black screen. Keeps cyclying through thie process as if it is trying to boot up but keeps failing.
I've tried holding in the volume button, disconnecting the 12 volt battery, and leaving the car overnight but problem persists.
Luckily the warranty says the infotaintment is covered for 36 months and I've only had the car for 29 so couldn't have happened at a better time.
Just t need to contact my local dealership Monday to see how I go about making a claim and hope it doesn't take them too long to source a replacement unit.
Going to be difficult having no radio in the car while this is being sorted.
