Hi folks.
So our ZS mk1 (ev) was in for its steering rack replacement yesterday. Whilst in I mentioned the infotainment system freezing, buttons on the wheel freezing, getting stuck on one volume or station, Apple play not loading or going blank. I’m sure most have had these issues.
Just had a “dealer reset” today (blatantly a software update) which has made the system far better. Much more responsive and as a eg when streaming music via car play it now says that on the purple music section on the main screen. Sound quality seems a bit better too. No change to the rubbish sat nav though
I had a HS as a courtesy car and it seems to have the similar looking setup now as the newer cars.
Maybe worth a trip to dealers if yours is buggy. All done under warranty. Drive safe everyone
