Infotainment screen

My infotainment screen is not working. The screen is black with a few coloured lines. My dealer can’t look at it until next month. I
Cannot adjust temperature or radio. Any ideas how it can be fixed in the meantime?

Have you tried a reset on the system? Press and hold the physical home button for 10 seconds and it will force the infotainment system to do a 'hard reset' and that might bring it back.

Hi, I would imagine the screen has gone especially if you are seeing coloured lines. Bug the dealer to check for any cancelled appointments.

Hi. Mine has not been working since last November. Every now and then it works. Then it stops.

Mg dealer spent a day working on it but could not fix it. Said mg centrally are looking at a software fix.

Latest update from dealer is this only happens with the SE. They told me to contact mg uk.

Contacted mg uk. They said they are not aware of a ticket for this and they were going to contact the dealer.

This is what I hate you pay for a 7 year warranty if it is a simple problem no hassle. Like of this surely first option if not software is change screen but it shouldn't be up to you to go to MG should be dealers. @naidene did you get yours resolved.
