Infotainment Update?

Hi all, I have very recently bought a 2022 MG zs ev and have discovered it is the pre-facelift model.
Question is, is there any way of updating the infotainment system to be like the newer ones? Would have loved to be able to use the ismart app but from the research I’ve done it doesn’t seem that I’m able to on this old version.
Annoyed at myself for not knowing about this difference before as I probably would have gone for the facelift model.

I don't believe that it's practical, unfortunately.

The Mark 1 is well supported by the Open Vehicle Management System, but it's a bit expensive. That gives you an app that doesn't rely on MG servers.

As for the infotainment system, it's pretty bad. I hear it's much better on the Mark 2 model. Perhaps a third party replacement? I may consider one some day, but I would hate to lose the internal sat nav, which to me seems just decent enough.
