My previous message to this thread (in the first post), has been moved here,
but in my opinion, "International Motors" generic, cannot be identified for "AUTOSALONE INTERNAZIONALE" in the province of Varese; the usability of this discussion suffers.
"View the dealer on the map": there is no symbol.
However, pretending to be in the right place, I describe my
genuine experiences:
I purchased the car (MG3 hybrid Luxury) which I was already informed about and documented.
The welcome at the dealership was good and friendly.
The sellers dodged the information about replacement cars in case of prolonged downtime, in practice I had no response: in time I will be able to verify personally.
A specific refresher course on all the controls and features of MG3 would be desirable for all sellers (in general).
In the following days, the car was tested positively, the contract perfected and concluded, without particular problems.
Very positive, the arrival of the car thirty (30) days earlier than expected.
The car was collected without problems; subsequently I had no further contact, nor did I receive any information on any (and desirable) software updates, not even via email.
For now, the car works perfectly (1500 Km.).
After sales:
I hope to have equally good satisfaction and adequate answers to the first problem, of which I will make a detailed report.
