It is quite difficult to track down the reference Dealer.
Perhaps it would be better to divide by Regions, even by Provinces.
This way you avoid scrolling through all the pages (several times) and crossing your eyes.
The inclusion of new Dealers should also be a right for buyers who can provide useful analysis to other MG users, both for the purchase and for after-sales.
Personally I have not found my purchase Dealer:
"AUTOSALONE INTERNAZIONALE" in the province of Varese (LOMBARDIA), with multiple branches.

My previous message to this thread (in the first post), has been moved here,
but in my opinion, "International Motors" generic, cannot be identified for "AUTOSALONE INTERNAZIONALE" in the province of Varese; the usability of this discussion suffers.
"View the dealer on the map": there is no symbol.

However, pretending to be in the right place, I describe my
genuine experiences:
I purchased the car (MG3 hybrid Luxury) which I was already informed about and documented.
The welcome at the dealership was good and friendly.
The sellers dodged the information about replacement cars in case of prolonged downtime, in practice I had no response: in time I will be able to verify personally.
A specific refresher course on all the controls and features of MG3 would be desirable for all sellers (in general).
In the following days, the car was tested positively, the contract perfected and concluded, without particular problems.
Very positive, the arrival of the car thirty (30) days earlier than expected.
The car was collected without problems; subsequently I had no further contact, nor did I receive any information on any (and desirable) software updates, not even via email.
For now, the car works perfectly (1500 Km.).

After sales:
I hope to have equally good satisfaction and adequate answers to the first problem, of which I will make a detailed report.
 
Thank you, I have updated the title and am in the process of adding more dealers in Italy.

I ended up in FLORENCE (TUSCANY region), you need to go further up:
"AUTOSALONE INTERNAZIONALE" in the province of VARESE (LOMBARDY region), with more branches.
It will not be useful to other MG buyers.
 
I sent a message to customer service (?), via "contact us" on the MG Italia website:
"Good morning, regarding After Sales,
having a reliable contact person, I believe is essential for the reliability of a car manufacturer and for the safety of the customer.
We purchased from the INTERNATIONAL CAR SHOWROOM in . . . . (Va), an MG3 Hybrid +, Luxury silver, delivered on September 2.
I sent an email to the seller with whom we had a relationship throughout the purchase, test, contract, delivery phase;
I have not received a response: perhaps it is no longer in MG,
but they could and should have notified us.
We would like to know who our future contact person could be.
Best regards, . . . .
- I attach the text of the email, hoping for a response . . . "
Here too, no response, perhaps they are too busy . . . .
Is there a real "Customer Service" in Italy?
