Hi,
This may be ridiculous, and I can't see anything in the manual.
Several times when I've had the key in my back pocket, I've received a warning that the charging port door is open when getting into the car. The first few times I presumed I hadn't closed it properly, but I paid particular attention on a few occasions, and it still happened. So I was wondering if there is a key combination that might open it?
The only other thing I can think of (which is probably more likely) is that there was/is dirt or grit on the locking mechanism, and when I unlock the door, there was enough pressure on the charging port door to push it open; but I can't see any sign of that.
