Is there an outside temperature display?

Couldn't find it while out driving the other day. Didn't go through all settings, but could only find the weather forecast on the 2nd page of the main menu

Did see that one. Must be a bug with mine then, as it showed the same temp as the forecast on the 2nd page, and didn't change even though the outside temp had changed at least 5 degrees.

Given your location could it be a case the actual sensor is frozen?

A temperature sensor that can't handle temperatures below zero? Wow, that's something!
Makes it about as useful as a chocolate fireman!
