Agree with
@CybersterWatcher, however, many reviewers are comparing the Cyberster to ICE cars, which is unfair, as we will see when Porsche, Audi, etc start bringing out EV roadsters. Porsche have already delayed the EV Boxster due I suspect to the challenges of a hefty battery.
All credit to MG for being first to market, there are issues but
none deal breakers for me. I hope they persist and further develop the car (low sales may be an issue). The suspension is the main issue I feel they need to address. Visibility of the displays is a pain but adjustment of the steering wheel makes this just about acceptable, but I hope they can find a solution.
The software and app is disappointing, again, I hope that they can improve.
An automatic dimming mirror is a must, why they skipped on this I do not know!
The Cyberster has supercar looks. I have debadged mine, which makes it great fun when people try to figure out what it is. I will be surprised if Audi, Porsche etc can produce a similarly spec'd car for less than £100k.
My big criticism of MG is the (lack of) marketing of this car. I only knew about it because I have been actively looking for an EV roadster. We also have to acknowledge the snobbery/stigma around the MG badge, and I admit to being guilty of this until I saw the Cyberster. As a previous owner of Audis and BMWs all I can say is have a look and test drive the Cyberster, you will not be disappointed (far from it).
