Good evening,
on my ZS Hybrid+ developed 3 months ago the iSmart app has always worked. Now instead it always gives me "the car is not responding". I tried disconnecting the car from the infotainment, it connects immediately but doesn't recover any data.
How can I solve it?
Thank you all.

I did have the same issue, and id come across a solution in a German MG forum. Long press the home button (the physical key) for 30 seconds constantly, it did restart the system twice, once standard and shortly after with a slightly longer boot up process. after that, the system worked (important to keep pressing after the first restart). Already had that twice, and worked both times.

Ok I'll try and report back.
Thank you

Unfortunately the test didn't go well.I held down the HOME button, the system restarted, I reconnected with the app, but I see the usual information from February 6th and the message "THE CAR IS NOT RESPONDING" appears.
At this point I don't know what to do, the only alternative is to go to the dealer and see if an update to the system is available.

Did it restart twice in one go?

I get the "the car is not responding" usually if I have left it unused for a length of time and find that unlocking it then locking it again with my remote key, wakes it up and the ismart starts responding again after having done this. I hope this helps you!

so I solved it this way. I followed this advice in another forum. By entering CONFIGURATION - VEHICLE, I deactivated and then reactivated the EULA authorization (which actually rightly authorizes the processing of my data online).
And the app started working again. I'm sharing this solution so it might help someone.
Thank you
👏👏👏👏👏
