Ismart app stopped working

My ismart app suddenly stopped working and won't display any information about the car.

It says that the status checking has failed and to try again.

Any help?

Assuming your car is in mobile coverage, it's almost certainly a problem in the SAlC data centre. Be patient, it'll come back.
