ISMART app stops working after a few days

Hey

How many people have noticed the ISMART app stops working if the cR is not used for a few days?

As sim as you unlock the car it starts working again.

I wonder if this is why my attempt to start charging remotely on a sunny day and an attempt to set up scheduled charging via granny lead both failed - it was sooner than a few days though - just the next day!
