iSMART Issue - MG4 Trophy Long Range

I purchased my MG Trophy three months ago. I downloaded i Smart App. Logged on and used all the facilities. Last week, around the time of the clocks changing my App suddenly said unknown on the app. I’ve tried to bind the car to the app, but it will not let me. iSmart App says I am logged in, but will not let me bind to the car. Has anyone else had this problem. If so, is there a remedy please?

There are two QR codes. The first one is a link to download the app the second is to tell the app which car it's linking to.
Also is your car showing the correct time?

The 2nd QR code is smaller (?), and it works better if the car screen is set for Light mode.
