ismart not connecting to car

Hi - so had car for about 2 weeks, and now i cant get my ismart app to connect to the car. Last update was 29th October.

Any suggestions? I went to the car and opened and closed it - also turned off its wifi (on my home network) - but still no connection.

Difficult to know where the problem lies. Have you tried driving to another location and tried to connect to the car in case it's the mobile signal that's the problem?
