Issues with Trophy Connect. Can't send route on app to the car?

Anyone had issues sending there planned route on the ismart app to the car. I have trophy connect long range and it worked last month showing in Point of Interest in the car entertainment system. I tried sending some routes in the last couple of weeks and they are not showing any data on the point of interest on the car entertainment even though on the app it states successful sent to car.
 
Are you using Android Auto?
I search for my destination using Google Map on my phone. Then I Plugin to USB (not USB C) on my ZS Trophy Connect. Route is selected on car AndoidAuto.
 
No this is different. Its the MG own Sat Nav. It has been resolved by MG now. You open Ismart and then select travel route and then send it to the car. It is then stored in your users setting Point of interest and pre-set the MG Sat Nav.
