I doubt that will ever happen ?... future software updates are likely to introduce more safety features IMHO and have them all turn on as default at startup ?

Are you sure you were in the Ready state (brake pressed) to see the LKA option ?

Checked yesterday as promised. My mistake! LKA is still there, still feckin dangerous & still cant be permanently disabled. Also I am on r46. It all seems the same tbh, probably just bug ? fixes.

Will take a pic next time im in my car. I wanted to see if turning lka off made it stay off now instead of doing it every time you got in, but couldn’t see it.
Maybe its just me & I shouldn’t have commented ?

So your LKA is now on all of the time (as that's the default) without anyway to disable it?

LKA can be disabled by Vehicle drop down menu on Feb 2024 software update R59

The latest infotainment version is R59, released Feb '24. There are also SIP (system in package) updates also for various components like charging, drivetrain etc. Contact your dealer.

Thank you. Yeah not all cars received that update because I believe there were some others issues with it

That may or may not be the case. Certainly MG / dealers are not forthcoming on providing or recommending updates which is exactly
Backwards!
China also withhold what changes have been made, again unaccceptable.
