If I leave my car for 3month and disconnect my negative battery how do I get into my boot to reconnect the battery

If you're leaving it in a garage, leave it wedged slightly open, just enough so that the lock doesn't engage, an inch or so will be enough.

Otherwise you'll have to unlock the car with the key, then fold the back seats down and open the boot from inside.
