I am attending a wedding in Leeds in September, and struggling to find what I need. The ceremony is at LS12 9UT, and the reception at WF14 0QL. I thought I had found a solution by booking Village Hotel South - easily accessible from the M1, and with Tesla charging. However, when checking on the Tesla app, it seems it’s not an ‘open’ charger.
I specifically ask for hotels with EV charging on search engines, hotel apps, but they seem to ignore this requirement!
I plan on travelling up on the Friday, and staying 2 nights.

I would be very grateful for any suggestions, as I seldom charge other than at home.

That's a long way between ceremony and reception and your stay at Village Hotel South is not near either. Can you confirm those locations ?
If so I would recommend staying somewhere nearer the reception than the ceremony.
The Tesla Supercharger at the Tesla service centre in Leeds is OTA and relatively close to the ceremony.
The Holiday Inn Leeds-Brighouse is close to the ceremony and has EV charging.

@Gomev - Thank you so much for your super quick response.

Yes, I estimated 30 mins plus from A to B, B to C, then C back to A. I was hoping to find an easy option, but I haven’t! My idea was to arrive at an hotel on Friday afternoon, fully recharge, enjoy the celebrations on Saturday, top up on Sunday morning and toddle off home.
I have had another idea now, and looked at a Travelodge at Woolley Edge NB for Friday, as there are Gridserve chargers. Then stay at the Travelodge WE SB on Saturday night.
To be honest, I’m not fussed about hotel - just would have preferred not to have to drive too far on Saturday night in an unfamiliar area, but also didn’t want to go in the opposite direction to my journey home. I couldn’t find much that was close to the reception venue.

Good grief you are getting further and further away from anywhere at Woolley edge !
If you really want to stay closer to the ceremony then you could try the Crowne Plaza in Leeds itself, close(ish) to the M1 and it has parking and charging but not the cheapest. Easy journey then 5 to 10 minutes to ceremony and then 30 minutes to Mirfield reception, then of course journey back.
If you have a non-drinker then that is fine but taxis would be expensive between Leeds and Mirfield.

Sorry for second reply, but if you don't want to drive too far on Saturday night in an unfamiliar area then driving from Mirfield to Woolley edge is probably not what you want. Even though it is in the opposite direction it's only 3 and bit miles on a main road. It also has Pogo chargers to refuel at your hearts content. Direct route back to the M1 for Sunday morning.

@Gomev - no worries, I really appreciate you taking time to advise, as I have absolutely no knowledge of the Leeds area! Did I miss the name of the hotel with the Pogo chargers? Sounds better with a shorter journey at night.

The Holiday Inn Leeds-Brighouse. Holiday Inn Leeds - Brighouse Hotel | Best Price Guaranteed

I have not stayed there myself but also in the not too distant past been to a wedding reception (our son's) in the same area. We stayed at a different hotel where others were staying, but didn't need charging of course.
West Yorkshire is a massive conurbation Leeds/Huddersfield/Halifax/Bradford/Dewsbury/Wakefield area, they almost make one massive city area with a population going on 2 million, so it's quite busy and mostly slow driving between areas.

I wish you a fantastic weekend wherever you decide on. You can always find chargers with zapmap/electroverse and stay wherever. :)
Book using one of those no deposit and cancel for free websites to secure a place and maybe take the time to have a good lookaround for other hotels that may grab your fancy.
